We at Mobisy, understand that UX design is a key part of all the products we deliver.
We strongly believe UX is not just about visual design, it means making application easy to use for the target users. Hence it's important that every stakeholder should be part of the design process instead of just a dedicated team of designers. At the start of any project, we have a team of product manager, UI designer and developer brainstorming together to device information architecture for the application.
We then furiously sketch together to build an awesome interaction design. Sketching allows everyone in the decision making team to participate in design which helps build an awesome UX. We have mastered the art of prototyping the sketches directly on target devices.
According to us this benefits our customers in following way
- Traditional mock up tools bind companies to tools such as Balsamiq or Photoshop. We work on technologies we know best, SDKs of mobile devices or HTML5, CSS and Javascript.
- In traditional mockup prototyping, mockeups end up with their own life cycle which makes iterative design very tough to manage. On-device prototyping has a reuse value when building final app.
- Last but not the least, it's much easier to get stakeholder feedback and get them aligned if you prototype on target device. This is the 'wow' factor we love to see on the faces of our customers.
